​Fun Fanatics is dedicated to providing a joyful, family-friendly, and harassment-free experience for all guests, vendors, volunteers, and participants—regardless of age, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, disability, appearance, body type, race, ethnicity, or religious background. We are a gospel-centered event rooted in love, kindness, and Matthew 5:16 — “Let your light shine before others…” As such, we do not tolerate any form of harassment, discrimination, or behavior that causes harm or discomfort to others.

🔒 Zero-Tolerance for Harassment​

   

Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated. This includes but is not limited to:

• Offensive verbal comments or slurs related to identity, appearance, beliefs, or lifestyle

• Display of sexually explicit or violent images in public spaces

• Intimidation, stalking, or following others without consent

• Harassment via photography or recording

• Persistent disruption of panels, activities, booths, or scheduled programming

• Inappropriate physical contact or unwelcome sexual attention

 

All attendees, vendors, exhibitors, sponsors, volunteers, and staff are required to comply with this policy. Anyone asked to stop any harassing behavior must comply immediately.

🛑 Violations & Consequences​

 

Any participant violating these rules may be:

• Warned or corrected by staff

• Removed from the event without refund

• Banned from future Fun Fanatics events

• Reported to venue security or law enforcement, if necessary

This is non-negotiable. We reserve the right to take any action needed to maintain a safe, respectful environment.

If you experience or witness harassment, or feel unsafe for any reason:

1. Report the issue to any Fun Fanatics staff member immediately.
   (Staff will be clearly identified by [badges/shirts/vests/headsets].)

2. We will listen and respond with care.
   Our team can:

   • Provide support or safe space

   • Contact venue security or local authorities

   • Escort you to your car or designated safe area
